Welcome to FitFuelHub! We’re committed to delivering fresh, fitness-focused meals right to your doorstep — on time, every time. Below is our policy for shipping, delivery, and cutoffs across both one-time orders and subscriptions.

1. One-Time Orders (Order Now):

Delivery Timeline:

Orders placed before 5:00 PM IST are eligible for next-day delivery (T+1).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be delivered in 2 days (T+2).

Pre-orders are welcome — you can choose a preferred future date and delivery slot at checkout.

Delivery Slots Available Daily:

Morning: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Evening: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Same-Day Delivery:
Not currently available. We plan our meals fresh — so we require lead time to prepare your order without compromising quality.

2. Meal Subscriptions

First Delivery:
Your first subscription meal will be delivered 2 calendar days (T+2) after you subscribe. During checkout, you can choose your preferred date and delivery slot.

Manage Your Subscription:

You can pause, or resume, you can contact via call or WhatsApp.

Any changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.

After the 48-hour cutoff, your upcoming delivery will be locked and processed.

Subscription Slots:
Same slot options as one-time orders (Morning, Afternoon, Evening).

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver in [Bangalore /Serviceable 8 -10 Km Radius ].
To check if we deliver to your location, please enter your PIN code at checkout or contact us via WhatsApp.

Missed Deliveries

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery:

Our rider will attempt to contact you via call or WhatsApp.

If undelivered due to customer unavailability, the order will not be eligible for a refund or re- delivery.

For subscription customers, this delivery will count toward your subscription unless paused in advance.

Packaging & Freshness

All meals are packed in temperature-controlled, to maintain hygiene and freshness. We recommend consuming your meals within the same day.
