Refund Policy

 Refunds are applicable only in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect items delivered

  • Spoiled or damaged meals on arrival

  • Non-delivery of a confirmed order

  • To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order ID and details.

  • No refunds for delays due to external factors (e.g., traffic, aggregator issues), partial consumption, change of mind, or taste preferences.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
